Mahjong Of The Day is set to be played using the Easy difficulty by default. But you can change this by going to the Settings page. If you don't see the options listed there (it may depend on the screen size on your device), simply scroll the form until you can see the options.

You can select from Easy, Medium, Hard and Classic difficulty!
